SAN FRANCISCO-- Three 49ers -- receiver Ted Ginn, center Jonathan Goodwin and special teams ace Blake Costanzo -- all left Saturday's game for a stretch but were able to return to the contest.
The most severe appeared to be Ginn, who had missed the last two games of the regular season with an ankle sprain. Ginn dealt with both ankle and knee injuries against the Saints, but did return to handle punts in the second half.
Meanwhile, tight end Delanie Walker said he is scheduled to have the wiring in his broken jaw removed Monday. Walker broke his jaw in two places Dec. 24 and has not practiced since.
