Reports differ as to whether Bucks are willing to trade Brandon Jennings

Milwaukee Bucks guard Brandon Jennings admitted to being a bit unsettled after hearing that he might be traded this week, but a report from Yahoo! Sports’ Marc Spears may quiet his nerves.

A league executive who has spoken to the Bucks told SI.com's Sam Amick that Jennings could be had “for the right price,” but Spears tweeted Jennings “won't be traded, source close to the situation said.”

When the SI report made its way around the Internet, Jennings said, "My phone was full with messages and everything. Now we're in the hunt to make the playoffs; we're one game out and we've been playing so well since the all-star break.

"Now that I hear my name being mentioned in possible shopping around and stuff like that, my mind is just all over the place right now."

In comments SI reported “irked Bucks officials,” Jennings told ESPN.com in early February, "I'm going to keep my options open, knowing that the time is coming up. I'm doing my homework on big-market teams.”

Jennings could become a free agent after the 2012-13 season. For now, though, at least according to Spears, he’ll be staying in Milwaukee.
