Wizards' Blatche: 'No hard feelings' over trade talk

The Washington Wizards are actively trying to trade forward Andray Blatche, multiple NBA sources tell The Washington Post.

Blatche, frequently booed by fans at the Verizon Center and only now working his way back into the lineup after injuring his calf on Jan. 28, says he's not concerning himself with rumors.

“I’ve been here for seven years. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go,” Blatche told The Post. “But at this point, I’m not focused on that. I’ve just focused on getting back on the court and playing with my teammates and helping this organization. If in any way and form they feel like it’s time for me to go, it’s part of the business. No hard feelings in this at all. I’m just going to continue to play and hopefully when I got back out there I’m playing well.”

The 6-foot-11, seventh-year forward is shooting a career-low 38 percent and averaging just 10.3 points, down from nearly 17 last season. Given that he has three years and $23 million left on his contract after this season, the Wizards' odds of moving him are, at best, slim.

The NBA trade deadline is on March 15.
