Royce White, Iowa State's 6-foot-7, 270-pound forward, has signed with an agent and will declare himself eligible for the NBA Draft on Wednesday, CBSSports.com is reporting.
White averaged 13.4 points, 9.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists this year, his only season at the collegiate level, and had 23 points, nine rebounds and four assists in the Cyclones’ 87-71 NCAA Tournament loss to Kentucky on Saturday.
Legal issues kept White from playing during his freshman season at Minnesota, and he sat out the 2010-11 season after transferring to Iowa State, CBS Sports notes.
Draft Express lists White as the 20th best NBA prospect.
